A Mindful Experience for Deepening Trust, Healing & Presence Together
This experience is a guided healing space designed to:
- Strengthen the emotional and energetic bond between partners

- Help each person feel seen, heard, and supported—individually and together in a while new way.
Why I created this offering:
I journeyed through my own healing path from divorce and I know first hand how disconnection can lead to separation. Now that I’m on the other side of that healing, I often hear stories of couples navigating trying to find time and balance for each other and need something out of the ordinary “date nights” to connect or re-connect. These sessions are the perfect opportunity to open the doors that may have closed or are headed that way. Or just to have some fun! We can deep dive, or we can do a fun partner yoga session with lots of laughs, depending on what you need.
Each 90 minute private session includes a customized blend of:
- Gentle yoga + intuitive movement, partnered or individual
- Breathwork to regulate the nervous system
- Guided meditation/visualization to quiet the mind & expand
- Journaling / discussion prompts
- Aromatherapy, crystals, and intuitive energy practices as needed

This class is open to all levels, no experience required, great for beginners, great for those who struggle with anxious/racing thoughts and lifestyles.
Restorative yoga is near to my heart and is what prompted me to learn more about the practice of yoga.
I published a book a few years back that guides you through a 4 week journaling journey. Journaling is a tool I love to share and teach - this class is like a mini workshop & a class in one!

This creative wellness journey combines gentle yoga, meditation, and expressive art sessions designed to help you reconnect with your body, release old energy, and create space for new beginnings. We blend movement, reflection, and creative exploration—no art experience needed, just curiosity and openness. We will be venturing outside for part of our nature art workshop and continue inside for more art and yoga.
We hope to start a 4 week "Sacred Sundays" workshop after this intro session.
This is for adults to come together and build a mindful community.
Must sign up in advance. Limited spots. Wear comfy clothes for movement and bring a jacket/shoes for part of our art session outside in nature.

Life is SO LOUD. And it can be exhausting. As I was reflecting on this, I decided I needed to create something that you can have right now, in your hands, in your world that helps you tune OUT. Not another checklist, but a real embodiment practice that lands in your soul.
Teaching yoga, embodiment practices, building community and spaces of connection for well over a decade, (yoga specifically for six years now) I realize the reasons people come to my classes or reach out to me are because:
they know they need a change and they’ve tried everything
they are exhausted, overwhelmed, in the middle of a life transition, or grief, divorce, career or self shift
they are craving community
they want to learn how to move and be in their bodies instead of masking it
they know they can’t do it alone - not anymore

I have taught in many settings over the years, online/virtual, CrossFit, gyms, outdoor and in studio. It’s all the same - over time. The humans may come in thinking (hehe) they are going to get a work out, but they end up getting a work-IN. And it’s beautiful.
So…. I decided for those who aren’t able to make it in or aren’t local, I’d create a little something to get you started on the journey IN so you can live your life more regulated and move more alive. And of course for anyone who could benefit, those who join in studio can use this every day too!
