
Life is SO LOUD. And it can be exhausting. As I was reflecting on this, I decided I needed to create something that you can have right now, in your hands, in your world that helps you tune OUT. Not another checklist, but a real embodiment practice that lands in your soul.
Teaching yoga, embodiment practices, building community and spaces of connection for well over a decade, (yoga specifically for six years now) I realize the reasons people come to my classes or reach out to me are because:
they know they need a change and they’ve tried everything
they are exhausted, overwhelmed, in the middle of a life transition, or grief, divorce, career or self shift

they want to learn how to move and be in their bodies instead of masking it

So…. I decided for those who aren’t able to make it in or aren’t local, I’d create a little something to get you started on the journey IN so you can live your life more regulated and move more alive. And of course for anyone who could benefit, those who join in studio can use this every day too!
