Mindful Movement + Sacred Community

We begin class in sacred space, have open discussion with a theme, then ease into gentle flow & yoga postures, breathwork & then end with 10 minutes of savasana to integrate.

Great for all levels, and those looking to connect in community.

Registration required; closes 4 p.m. day of class.
