A Mindful Experience for Deepening Trust, Healing & Presence Together
This experience is a guided healing space designed to:
- Strengthen the emotional and energetic bond between partners
- Bring calm, clarity, and connection into your relationship
- Help each person feel seen, heard, and supported—individually and together in a while new way.
Why I created this offering:
I journeyed through my own healing path from divorce and I know first hand how disconnection can lead to separation. Now that I’m on the other side of that healing, I often hear stories of couples navigating trying to find time and balance for each other and need something out of the ordinary “date nights” to connect or re-connect. These sessions are the perfect opportunity to open the doors that may have closed or are headed that way. Or just to have some fun! We can deep dive, or we can do a fun partner yoga session with lots of laughs, depending on what you need.
Each 90 minute private session includes a customized blend of:
- Gentle yoga + intuitive movement, partnered or individual
- Breathwork to regulate the nervous system
- Guided meditation/visualization to quiet the mind & expand
- Journaling / discussion prompts
- Aromatherapy, crystals, and intuitive energy practices as needed
